restored by a Judge can now qualify for an Arizona CCW permit. Felony Arrests
are different; and any applicant who has been arrested
for a felony but not convicted of a felony should be able to

or they were otherwise not convicted of a felony. Anyone with a
misdemeanor conviction related to
domestic violence will also be disqualified from receiving an Arizona
concealed weapons permit unless the charges were later set aside or expunged.
