for a felony but not convicted of a felony should be able to
qualify for a permit with proper documentation proving the charges were dropped
or they were otherwise not convicted of a felony. Anyone with a
misdemeanor conviction related to
domestic violence will also be disqualified from receiving an Arizona
concealed weapons permit unless the charges were later set aside or expunged.
